Fonepay

A QR any Fonepay-enabled banking app can scan, or hand the payer straight into their own bank's app — 21 of them are wired up today.

Cards

Domestic and international cards through GetPay/NCHL, and PayPal for delegates registering from abroad.

Bank transfer

For the payers who still prefer it: they upload the receipt, you confirm it, and the booking settles like any other.

Connect your own merchant credentials and the money goes straight to your account. If you would rather not set that up, you can take payment through ours and be paid out.

The parts you only notice when they are missing

Tiers, coupons and companions

Multiple ticket types, early-bird windows, discount codes, and an accompanying person priced correctly on the same booking.

A door that works on day two

Scan from a phone — no app to install. Attendance is recorded per person per DAY, so a three-day conference counts three days.

Badges for people who never booked

Speakers, volunteers and the organising committee get the same badge and certificate as a delegate, without a ticket.

Your own registration questions

Build the form your event needs. The answers come back with the booking and export with it.

Money you can reconcile

Every payment attempt is recorded against the booking, so a customer saying "it took my money" has an answer.

What we do not do yet

You will find this out eventually. Better now, from us.

  • Check-in needs a connection. If the venue Wi-Fi dies, scanning stops — we will not pretend a scan was recorded when it was not.
  • There is no mobile app. Everything runs in a browser, including the door scanner.
  • The door matches a scanned code, not a name. Someone who forgot their ticket needs looking up first.
