Concerts & festivals: questions, answered

Can I have reserved seating?
Not yet. Tickets are general admission per tier — you can make a tier per section with its own limit.
Can a ticket be used twice?
No. A second scan of the same ticket on the same day shows when it was first checked in, and does not admit anyone.
Can I give drink tokens or a free drink?
Yes. Set the items and how many each ticket holder may have; staff scan the ticket at the bar and the allowance counts down.
What does it cost?
Nothing for free events. Paid tickets carry a published percentage, which you can pass to the buyer at checkout.
