Academic conferences: questions, answered

Can students pay a lower rate?
Yes. Create a student ticket type with its own price and limit. Eventio360 does not check student status automatically, so you can ask for an institution or student ID number on the registration form.
Can we run poster sessions?
Yes. Abstracts can be accepted as oral or as poster, and authors see the decision when they check their submission.
Can delegates from abroad pay in their own currency?
Each ticket type has its own currency, so you can offer an international rate in US dollars, pounds or euros next to a local one.
Is there a cost for a free symposium?
No. Free registrations cost nothing, however many attendees you have.
