Passing the fee on is a switch in your organisation settings. It is never added to a free ticket. Your payment provider’s own processing charge is already inside the rate above — there is no second deduction.

How your attendees pay

The checkout shows only the methods that can settle the ticket in front of the payer, so a rupee ticket never offers a method that cannot take rupees.

Questions

Is there really no monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription, no setup fee and no per-event charge. The only thing Eventio360 charges is 12% of a paid registration, and nothing at all on a free one.
When do I get my money?
Payments settle into the Eventio360 account as they are made. Request a payout on the Payouts page and it goes to the bank account on your organisation profile. There is no minimum balance and no fixed schedule.
What if somebody does not pay?
Nothing is charged. The fee comes out of a successful registration only, so an abandoned or cancelled booking costs you nothing.
Can I charge the fee to the attendee?
Yes. Switch it on in your organisation settings and it is added on top at checkout rather than taken out of your takings. It is never added to a free ticket.
Can I sell in a currency other than rupees?
Yes, per ticket tier. One event can have a rupee tier and a dollar tier, and the checkout offers each payer only the methods that can settle the tier they picked.
Is there a limit on attendees or events?
No. Run as many events as you like, with as many tiers and as many attendees as you can fill.
